2025-2026 Community Eligibility Provision 

We are pleased to inform you that all Winn Parish Schools will be continuing the  option available to schools participating in the National School Lunch andSchool  Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) forSchool  Year 2025-2026. Parents/guardians are not required to complete an application  for meal benefits for their child or children. The only requirement for  participation in this program is for the child or children to be enrolled in one of  Winn Parish Schools. Breakfast and lunch meals are a service to all students on a  daily basis.  

What does this mean for you and your children Winn Parish Schools? 

∙ All enrolled students are eligible for free breakfast and lunch.

∙ The program covers standard breakfast and lunch meals. 

∙ Students must still pay for extra meals, a la carte items, and additional  sales items.
