Setting up Outlook Express:
These instructions and screenshots are from Outlook Express 6. If you are not using version 6, the instructions and/or screenshots may vary slightly.
| 1. Select Accounts from the Tools menu. | ![]() |
| 2. Remove any existing accounts you are not using by selecting the account and clicking the Remove button. | ![]() |
| 3. Click the Add button and choose Mail to start the Internet Connection wizard. Type in your name as you wish it to appear to others. | ![]() |
| 4. Enter your e-mail address.
i.e. Username@winnpsb.org |

| 5. Enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers. (**Make sure
you have you incoming server is a POP3 server and that both in and
out servers are the same) Winn Parish School Board mail servers are: mail.winnpsb.org
(our new mail server is: mail2.winnpsb.org) |

| 6. Enter your username and password.
Entering the password is optional. If you don't enter a password and leave the 'Remember password' box un-checked, you will be prompted to enter a password every time you check your email. |
